The technology behind our services has been developed and evolved over the last four years. The diagram below illustrates the different technology components.

The RAPOS™ terminals, RAPOSnet and RAPOS™ gateway, together with the consumer’s mobile handset form the basis of the closed loop redemption system. The RAPOS™ manager is a web based monitoring and reporting tool that complements the RAPOS™ server to allow users to control the terminals in the field, and retrieve CRM data.

Also on the server side is the AMT Mobile Media Gateway, a two-way SMS and MMS server incorporating a content engine and content management system.
