Mobile Internet or mobile portal. Transactions such as reservations & ticketing can also be conducted using
mobile medium. RAPOSNet enables:
- Mobile Ticketing
Customers can purchase tickets via IVR, SMS, WAP or on the internet. Tickets
can then be delivered in the form of barcodes to the customer or
participant on their handset for entry to events, exhibitions, sports venues,
the theatre etc. The additional data collected can be used for future CRM purposes.
- Mobile reservations
Customers can also reserve tickets or seats via IVR, Premium SMS, WAP or over the internet.
