Multimedia Gateway

Comprises hardware and software elements to enable access to network protocols and technologies. The gateway software can be used to access any mobile operator SMSC in the world. It currently connects to all UK and Indian operators. It supports high bandwidth inbound connections for SMSC shortcode based Mobile Originate SMS traffic, is scalable enough to handle any SMS load and any number of mobile operator SMSC connections and also supports MMS, WAP Push, Java and Voice.

Messaging Server

Used to process messages both inbound and outbound, and handles session management tasks to enable message threading and reply path management functions. A profiling engine records user interactions and applies profiling rules set up through the application interface. Interactions can be used to feed CRM engines using XML interfaces. It has an anti-abuse message filter (spam, etc).

Application Interfaces

Provide formal API access to the wireless platform. The APIs are available for Java and Windows COM interface specifications hence catering for nearly all development environments. In addition to these specifications, SOAP and XML-RPC interfaces are also available.
